Archiving Policy
Glotan Journals is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published
articles. To ensure this, all journal issues are systematically archived through Open Journal
Systems (OJS), enabling seamless access to past and current publications.
Digital Archiving and Preservation
- All journal issues are preserved in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to
guarantee permanent availability, even in cases of data loss or server failure. - This preservation strategy ensures that all articles remain accessible and retrievable from
a single, centralized platform.
Self-Archiving Policy
Glotan Journals encourages authors to self-archive their published articles on:
- Institutional Repositories
- Specialised Repositories (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)
- Personal Websites
Authors are permitted to archive their articles without any embargo period. When self-archiving, authors are required to:
1. Cite the Published Source – Properly reference the original article as published in Glotan Journals.
2. Provide a Link to the Published Article – Include a direct link to the journal’s website where the article is hosted.
3. Share Freely with Colleagues – Authors may distribute copies of their work for
educational and research purposes without restrictions.
